We are sending our heartfelt prayers and condolences to Bill's family. I was a friend of Bill's since kindergarten as our families were friends. Our families shared many wonderful times together. My brother and I will always remember the times playing card games, Friday Fish Fry at the Elks club, bowling, bowling trips, and measuring the snow to see if it was high enough to cancel school. May God spread a blanket of peace and comfort over your family. Penny Schlicher-Blackwell.
