Arlee Grace Waddle, infant daughter of Andy and Kerry Jean Friend Waddle, died at birth on Friday, September 12, 2014, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. There will be a private family service at the convenience of the family. The family requests donations to The International Vasa Previa Foundation (for research in detecting child birth issues), P.O.
