Betty May Pickrell Hall, 64, of Vincent, died Sunday, June 30, 2013, in Cutler. She was born October 4, 1948 in Parkersburg, WV to Walter Edwin and Opal Lenore Santee Pickrell. She was a 1967 graduate of Warren High School. She had worked as an aide at the Washington County Home, retiring in December of 2012. She was a member of Decatur Chapel Church and enjoyed time spent with her grandchildren. Betty is survived by her husband, James Edwin Hall, they were married on November 7, 1967, also by a son, Randall Hall (Cindy) of Belpre, a daughter, Marie Meade (Marvin Lee) of Vincent, four grandchildren, Terri, Emily, Christopher and Jonathan, six brothers, Melvin (Ann) of Omaha, NE, Russell (Sandra) of Layman, Orland (Elizabeth) of Cutler, Harry (Lynn) of Marysville, TN, Danny of Marietta and Robert (Ok-Cha) of Phoenix, AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Edwin and Raymond and two sisters, Bessie Round and Sharon Pickrell. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2013, at the Barlow Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home, with Chuck Kiser officiating. Friends may call on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in Layman Cemetery.
