Constance Suzanne "Connie" Brooker Delancy, 45, of Williamstown, WV died Thursday, January 7, 2016, in Marietta. She was born August 1, 1970 to Andrew Clement and Peggy Handschumacher Brooker. Connie was a 1988 graduate of Fort Frye High School, received her B.A. in Business Administration from WVUP and her nursing degree from WSCC. She was a member of The Basilica of St. Mary of the Assumption and the St. Marys (WV) Community Band. She enjoyed crocheting. Her life was her children. Connie is survived by her husband, Robert Delancy; her mother, of Churchtown; four children, Bethany Earley of Columbus, Alexis Earley of Vienna, OH, Joshua and Laura Delancy of the home; six sisters, Carol (Jim) McDonough of Spring City, TN, Rebecca (David) Klepper of Columbus, Andrea (Greg) Strauss of Waterford, Victoria (Robert) Hanson of Beverly, Lillian Kahrig of Canal Winchester, and Melissa (Kevin) McCarty of Canal Winchester; a brother, Phillip (Karen) Brooker, of Camarillo, CA and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, a brother, Michael and a sister, Katherine. Funeral Liturgy, with Mass, will be at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, January 13, 2016, at the Basilica, with the Rev. Msgr. John Michael Campbell as celebrant. Friends may call on Tuesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Marietta Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home. There will be a Vigil Service at 3:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Burial will be at Burnt Hill Cemetery, Williamstown. Donations may be made to the Williamstown Band Association, P.O.
