Cora Kathleen "Kathy" Kincaid, 64, of Lowell, died Monday, April 15, 2013, at her home. Born February 10, 1949 in Cumberland to Harlan and Vivian Church Ruggles. Survivors, children, Anthony and Sandra Kincaid of Lowell, grandchildren, Leah, Caitlin, Christina Kincaid, Shayla Barnhouse, great grandchildren, Evana Kincaid, Zala Richards, siblings, Sue Otto (Paul) of Cambridge and brother, Jerry Ruggles (Dawn) of Byesville. Preceded by husband, Paul, son, Shane Moore, brother, Terry Ruggles. Funeral service at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 18, 2013, at Lowell Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home. Visitation from 9 a.m. until time of service. Burial, Waterford Cemetery.
