David Knox, 49, of Parkersburg, WV, died Monday, November 12, 2012, at Camden Clark Memorial Hospital. He was born November 16, 1962 in Las Vegas, NV to Janece E. Scoggins and Claude B. Knox, Sr. He was a graduate of Warren High School and the Culinary Arts Academy of Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He had worked at Pastime Pizza and SuperAmerica. He loved guns, fishing and his dogs, Ollie, Dozer and Bear Bear. He is survived by his wife, Christine Williams Knox, a brother, Claude B. Knox, Jr. of Parkersburg and many close friends and family. Preceded in death by parents and sister, Patricia Reynolds. Services, 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 15, 2012, Marietta Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home, with Chaplain Rick Brown officiating. Visitation on Thursday from noon until time of service. Burial will be in Tunnel Cemetery, Marietta, OH.
