Deloris Emma Curtis, 76, of Marietta, died Monday, January 26, 2015, at The Arbors. She was born May 23, 1938 in Pleasants County, WV to Harry and Emma Ash Streight. She was a member of Post 714 American Legion Auxiliary and enjoyed bingo, crocheting and playing euchre at the Moose. She is survived by three children, Paul Lincoln (Krystal) of Marietta, Paulette Bailey (Patrick Brannan) of Marietta and Brenda Smith (Ross) of Wadsworth; several grandchildren, including Darrel Lincoln and Tiffany Sargent, several great grandchildren and a sister, Doris Tuttle, of Coolville. She was preceded in death by her husband, George "Jimmy" Curtis, two sons, Ernie Hashman and Joseph Streight and five brothers, Don, Jim, Jack, Ralph and Glen Streight. Graveside services, East Lawn, at 11:00 a.m. Monday, February 2, 2015, with Chaplain Bob Sinnett officiating. Family to greet friends at the Marietta Chapel of Cawley & Peoples on Monday morning from 8:30 until 10:30.
