Dirk Andrew Bosgraf, 42, of Williamstown, WV, went home to be with the Lord Thursday, March 23, 2017, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born on December 21, 1974 in DuPage, IL, to Faith Fennimore Meredith and Kenneth Lee Bosgraf.
Dirk was a 1993 graduate of Williamstown High School and graduated from Ohio University with a B.S. in Computer Science in 2001. He worked as the Director of Marketing and I.T. for Meredith Manor. Dirk was a member of the First Baptist Church in Williamstown, Marietta Country Club, was very active as a soccer coach in the community and a strong advocate for those fighting lung cancer.
He is survived by his wife, Kelly Ann Bosgraf, whom he married on August 16, 2003; two sons, Gavin and Austin Bosgraf, of the home; mother, Faith Meredith and step father, Ronald Meredith of Waverly, WV; brother, Matthew Bosgraf (Kristen) of Waverly; three nephews, Isaac, Mason and Jonah Bosgraf; step-niece, Kendall Miller; maternal grandmother, Edna Fennimore of Waverly; and step brother, Kevin Meredith of New York City, NY as well as many other extended family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth Lee Bosgraf; and maternal grandfather, Arthur Fennimore.
Visitation will be from 3 to 6 p.m. on Tuesday, March 28, 2017 at the First Baptist Church in Williamstown. Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. on Wednesday, March 29, 2017 at the First Baptist Church in Williamstown, with Pastor Tony Foreman officiating.
