Donald Leroy Marshall

Donald Leroy Marshall, 77, of Marietta, died Monday, August 19, 2013, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. He was born October 11, 1935 in Columbus. Leroy had retired from WASCO in 2005 and had also worked at Rossi Pasta for eight years. He was a member of St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, Churchtown. His pastimes were his dog, Taz, watching cowboy movies and visiting with friends and neighbors and enjoying special times with the Tornes family. Leroy is survived by his longtime companion, Sue Tornes, and her parents, Anthony and Donna Tornes, and their extended family. He was preceded in death by his parents, Albert Marshall and Lydia Lenore Marshall Hassely. There will be a Memorial Mass held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church on Saturday, August 24, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. with the Rev. Virgil Reischman as celebrant. There will be a reception immediately following the mass at Churchtown Senior Center. Sue and her family would like to thank special caregiver, Linda Husk, and the Quality of Life nursing staff.
