Dorothy Eloise Kehl, 86, of Emeritus in Marietta died Tuesday, January 31, 2012, at Emeritus. She was born October 5, 1925 in Marietta to Harvey and Fannie Andrews Cunningham. She had worked as a cashier at Warren's IGA. She is survived by three sons, Bobby Kehl (Elaine) of Virginia Beach, VA, Jeffrey Kehl (Penny McNutt) of Marietta, Harley "Tim" Kehl of Tipp City and a daughter, Merita Adams (Richard) of Xenia, eight grandchildren, and twelve great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Harley Adam Kehl, two brothers, Donald and Harvey Cunningham and a sister, Helen Schultheis. Abiding with her wishes, she was cremated. Services will be held on Friday, February 3, 2012 at 1:30 p.m. at the Marietta Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home, with Chaplain Bob Sinnett officiating. Her ashes will be buried at East Lawn Memorial Park. Donations may be made to the VFW Auxiliary, 319 Pike St., or Humane Society, P. O. Box 5, Marietta, OH 45750.
