VINCENT - Elma Pearl Fox Hall, 84, of Vincent, Ohio, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by her loving family on Tuesday (Dec. 2, 2008). She was born in Elizabeth, W.Va., a daughter of the late Luther and Luerana Schoolcraft Prine. She was a member of the Lighthouse Baptist Church and was a lifelong homemaker. Elma is survived by her husband, Harold E. Hall; one daughter, Sharon (Mike) Mead of Columbus, Ohio; three sons, Randy (Yvonne) Fox of Marietta, Ohio, Charlie (Tammy) Fox of Vincent and Kenneth (Wilma) Fox of Circleville, Ohio; 14 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren; seven stepchildren; several stepgrandchildren and great-grandchildren; and her sister, Liddie (Earl) Ryan of Rockport, W.Va. She was preceded in death by her first two husbands, William J. Fox and Clark C. Samples; her son, William F. Fox; grandson, Daniel R. Fox; six brothers; and two sisters. The funeral will be held at the Barlow Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home on Friday (Dec. 5, 2008) at 10 a.m. with Dr. A.C. Smith and Pastor Garry Draudt officiating. Burial will be in Hodam Cemetery in Reedy, W.Va.
