Eva Marie Arbaugh

Eva Marie Arbaugh, 58, of Marietta, and formerly of Lowell, died Sunday, February 14, 2016, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born February 10, 1958 in Marietta to Ralph and Twilla Doan Arbaugh. She was a graduate of Fort Frye High School. Eva had been a nurse's aide later in life. She was a past member of the Purple Heart and OES. Eva enjoyed fishing, dogs and cats, and traveling with the group home girls. She is survived by her mother, Twilla Hetrick of Macksburg, sister, Mary Delong (Hank) of Macksburg, brothers, Fred (Delores) of Beverly, Ralph (Robin) of Weston, WV, Will (Laurie) of Williamstown, and Doug (Karen) of Lowell, as well as many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the girls at her group home on Second Street for all of their care and concern. Eva was preceded in death by her father, sister, Fran Batten, and step father, Paul Hetrick. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, at the Lowell Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home. Family will greet friends for two hours prior to her service. Burial will be at Greenlawn Cemetery. Donations to L-A Fire & Rescue.
