Gary Francis Rauch

Gary Francis Rauch, 52, of Belpre, died Monday, August 22, 2011, at his home. He was born November 6, 1958 in Marietta to Harold Lawrence and Ruth Schilling Rauch. He was the manager of Main Street Car Wash in Belpre. Gary was an avid John Deere memorabilia collector and enjoyed local stock car racing. He is survived by his mother of Waterford, son, Casey Rauch, serving with the USMC stationed at Cherry Point, NC, and currently serving in Afghanistan, Casey's mother, Kathy McCain, of Belpre, two sisters, Nancy Russell (Dave) of Sidney and Sandy Huck (Mark) of Lowell, a brother, Bob Rauch of Waterford, his fianc, Melissa Starling of Belpre, one niece, Courtney Huck, and one nephew, Zachary Huck. He was preceded in death by his father. Funeral Liturgy, with Mass, will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 24, 2011, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church, with the Rev. Virgil Reischman as celebrant. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call on Tuesday from 5 to 8 p.m. at the Barlow Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home.
