Georgia (Adeline) Stevens Wyckoff, 90, of Marietta, OH died peacefully on Thursday July 9, 2015 at her home in Brookdale Senior Living Solutions in Marietta surrounded by family members and friends.
She was born on June 25, 1925 at home near Whitewright, TX, the daughter of Benjamin Franklin and Mary Frances (Williamson) Stevens.
Georgia lived a full and happy life surrounded wherever she called home by friends and family. She was a daughter, wife, mother, friend, crafter, painter, seamstress, bridge player, golfer, and cook who was genuinely loved by many.
She is survived by two daughters and one son, Linda Wyckoff Herring of Rock Hill, SC, Donald Stevens (Ruth) Wyckoff of Marietta, OH, and Connie Wyckoff (Andrew) Struebing of West Chester, PA; seven grandchildren, Jarrad Wyckoff, Brett (Darcie) Wyckoff, Will (Divya) Struebing, Allison Struebing, Megan Struebing, Travis Herring, and Katherine Campbell; two great granddaughters, Kira Herring and Dylan Wyckoff.
She is preceded in death by her parents and siblings along with the love of her life and husband, "Hal" Wyckoff.
Following cremation, a memorial service will be held at a future date (TBD) in Seven Lakes, NC at the Chapel in the Pines where she will be laid to rest.
