Glen Edward Callihan, 79, Fourth Street, Beverly, died Sunday morning March 6, 2016, in
Marietta. Born in Marietta on October 12, 1936, he was a son of the late Irving "Pug" and Flora
Christopher Callihan. He was a retired steelworker, having worked at Globe Metalurgical. Glen also had worked with Marvin Shook Contractors hanging drywall. In addition to being a member of the United
Steelworkers, he was a member of the Barlow Coon Hunters. Glen loved hunting and enjoyed
camping with his buddies. He is survived by two daughters, Donna Motz (Mike) of Beverly, and Carmen Swain (Mark) of Stockport; two sons, Ron Callihan (Lolieta) of Litchfield, and Keith Callihan (Brandy) of Lowell;
ten grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren; a brother, Tom Callihan (Ruth) of Belpre; two
sisters, Mary Lou Pinkerton of Vincent and Cleo Kaneff of Marietta. Glen is also survived by his
companion Rita Ball, of Beverly. Glen was married on June 17, 1957 to Margaret Eden Bills, who preceded him in death March 18, 2004. Also deceased are two children, Bruce and Lynn Callihan, three sisters and one
brother. Glen's family will greet friends at the Barlow Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home on
Tuesday, March 8, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. A private funeral committal service for the family
