Grace Elizabeth Huck

August 21, 1923 — February 19, 2018

Grace Elizabeth Huck, 94, of Lowell, Ohio, died Monday, February 19, 2018 at Heartland of Marietta. She was born on August 21, 1923, in Waterford, Ohio, to Frank and Marie Thieman Schwendeman.
Grace was a member of Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Church, and the Catholic Women's Club. She enjoyed puzzles and most of all her family.
She is survived by her son, Kenneth Huck of Lowell; two daughters, Patricia Huck of Zanesville, Ohio and Elaine Arnold (David) of Lowell; four grandchildren, Todd Arnold (Katheryn), Tonya Arnold, Tiffany Strahler (Jeffrey), and Beth Huck; sister, Viola Dennis of Marietta; and many nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Francis T. "Fritz" Huck, whom she married on June 1, 1948; infant daughter, Marie; grandson, Eugene Huck; and brother, Dale Schwendeman.
Funeral Liturgy with Mass will be at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 22, 2018 at Our Lady of Mercy, with The Rev. Timothy Shannon celebrating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be on Wednesday, from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. at the Lowell Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home, with a Vigil service held at 3:45 p.m.
