Hayden Bradley Carman

Hayden Bradley Carman, 25, of Marietta, Ohio passed away suddenly on Friday, January 12, 2024 at his apartment in Marietta.  He was born to Dr. Brad Carman and Stephanie Jones Carman on October 21, 1998.

He graduated from Marietta High School in 2017.  He was an active member of Marietta High School’s Tiger Navy crew team for four years.  Hayden was an avid guitar player and was a member of several local bands.  He thoroughly enjoyed music. Following graduation from high school, Hayden attended the University of Mount Union where he received his Bachelors degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry.  While studying at Mount Union he was very active in the SAE Fraternity.  After graduation, Hayden worked as a Hazmat Technician for Ohio University.

Hayden is survived by his parents; sister Hailey Carman Newell (Tyler); special friend Rachel Weekley; his grandparents, Robert Jones (Connie) and Marilyn Fouss; aunt and uncles, Stephanie Fobes (Gary), Greg Jones (Toni), Brian Jones (Allison), Cindy Michael (John), and Jennifer Jones, and many cousins and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents, Dr. Don L Carman, Margaret Keenan and Howard Fouss.

A memorial service will be held at the Christ United Methodist Church in Marietta, Ohio at 6:00pm on Thursday, January 18 with Pastor Cheryl Arnold officiating.  Friends and family may gather at the church from 3 to 6.
