Janice Marie Robinson
April 28, 1938 — December 31, 2019
She was a 1956 graduate of Williamstown High School and then graduated nursing school in 1992. Janice had driven a school bus for Warren Local schools and then retired in 2005 from Selby General Hospital as a LPN. She was a member of Williamstown Presbyterian Church. Janice enjoyed being a 4-H leader and FFA supporter, farming, quilting and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. She also was a member of the Washington County Farm Bureau, and 80 year member of the Hill Club, formally known at the sewing circle.
Janice is survived by her husband, James Thomas Robinson, whom she married May 29, 1960; four children, James Thomas Robinson, Jr. (Pegi) of Longbottom, OH, Jerry A. Robinson (Brenda) of Colorado Springs, CO, Julie Mock (Stephen) of Lancaster, OH and Joseph Robinson (Shannon) of Grafton, WV; 26 grandchildren, 46 great grandchildren; two brothers, Roger and Thomas Rowell both of Williamstown; two brothers-in-law, Don (Joann) Robinson and Larry (Laura) Robinson and sister-in-law, Katherine Paugh.
She is preceded in death by her son, Jeffrey Owen Robinson and a stillborn sister, Doris Elaine Rowell.
Funeral Services will be 12:00 noon Saturday, January 4, 2020 at the Marietta Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home with the The Rev. Elizabeth Maleke officiating. Burial will be in Riverview Cemetery. The family will greet friends on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8.
