Jeremy Ward, 47, of Pleasant City, Ohio, died Tuesday, January 1, 2019. He was born on July 7, 1971 in Marietta, Ohio.
Jeremy worked for Guernsey Scrap & Recycling in Cambridge, Ohio. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, NASCAR, and spending time with his friends.
He is survived by his mother, Barbara Porter (Aaron) of Macksburg, Ohio; father, George Ward (Susan) of St. Mary's, WV; children, Cody, Kenzi and Dalton Ward and Georgia Rice; brother, Shane Ward of Belpre and his daughter, Gracie; special aunt, Diana Parks (John) of Warner, Ohio; special uncles Randy Binegar (Barbie) of Logan, Ohio and Terry Ward of Newport; and many other aunts, uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Raymond & Mary Binegar, Stan & Rita Taylor and Homer & Lena Ward; and two uncles, Raymond Eugene Binegar and Don Porter.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, January 4, 2019 at the Marietta Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home. Visitation will be on Friday from 11 to 1, before the service.
