Jerry Richard "Tink" Riggs, 44, of Lowell, died Wednesday, September 24, 2014. Born May 19, 1970 to Jerry and Edna Slack Riggs. Worked as a home health aide for Patterson Trust Fund. Loved watching wrestling and football, and enjoyed movies and music from the 60s and 70s. He was a wonderful father. Survivors, mother and step father, Edna and Roger Schau, of Lowell, children, Tyson, Elena and Jerry, III, of the home, and their mother, Helena Riggs, of Virginia, sisters, Leslie Poulton (Tom Morrison), Kelly Riggs (Danny Eddy), a brother, Roger Riggs, step brother, Randy Schau (Joyce), step sisters, Kelly O'Brien and Kim Wagner, many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews. Preceded by his father, a brother and a sister. Visitation at Lowell Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home on Monday, 9 to 10:45 a.m. Services will follow at 11:00 a.m. at Greenlawn Cemetery, Lowell, with Rob Tuttle officiating.
