Judith A. Wagner

Judith "Judy" Ann Wagner, a beloved resident of Marietta, Ohio, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at the age of 83 at Elison Assisted Living and Memory Care. Born on October 2, 1941, in Marietta, Ohio to Edward and Gladys Ruth Harris, Judy lived a life full of love, dedication, and service to her family and community.

Judy was a proud graduate of Marietta High School, Class of 1959, and furthered her education at The Washington County Career Center, where she earned her associates degree. She was a homemaker, worked on the family farm with her husband Ron, and was Deli Manager at Sponey's IGA. She would later travel throughout the area setting up delis for SMR Foodservice, Piemonte, and Delallo Foods.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years Ronald "Ron" Eugene, whom she married on November 21, 1959; her children, Kevin A. (Lisa) of Waterford and Konda K. (Neil) Wynn of Wesley Chapel, FL; her grandchildren, Randy (Autumn) Wynn and Katie (Austin) Spicer.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents and her infant son Brian Eugene.

Beyond her professional life, Judy was an active volunteer with 4-H, where she shared her passion for gardening and worked with stained glass. Her creativity and dedication to her hobbies brought joy to many and left a lasting impact on those who knew her. Judy's warmth, kindness, and unwavering spirit will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her legacy of love and service will continue to inspire those she leaves behind.

Family and friends are invited to celebrate Judy's life at the Lowell Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home in Lowell, Ohio with a funeral service at 11:00 am on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 with Pastor Jeff Baumer officiating.  Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2024, from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and again for an hour before the service on Wednesday at the funeral home. A graveside service will follow the funeral service at Greenlawn Cemetery in Lowell, Ohio.
