Larry Joe Richards, 42, of Lowell, Ohio died July 15, 2017, in Marietta, Ohio.
He was born February 8, 1975 in Parkersburg, WV. His parents were Larry and Ann Jennings Richards.
Larry was employed by Burkhart Trucking as a mechanic. He enjoyed spending time with his children, family and going hunting.
Larry is survived by his mother, Ann Francis (Harold) of Grantsville, WV, his wife Minda Kern Richards, a daughter, Emma Richards, a son, Jonathon Richards, a brother Tim Richards, of Morgantown, WV, and two sisters, Lou Anna Richards of Grantsville, WV and Jo Anna Thompkins of Charlottesville, VA.
Larry is preceded in death by his father, Larry Richards.
Larry's family will greet friends at a memorial gathering from 5 to 7 pm Thursday, July 20, 2017 at the Marietta Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home. Further services and burial of ashes will be in Grantsville, WV at a later date.
Memorial contributions may be made to Citizens Bank, 110 2nd Street, Marietta, Ohio 45750 where a scholarship fund will be set up to benefit his children.
