Marian Mae Arnold

Marian Mae Arnold, 83, of Marietta, Ohio, died Wednesday, November 25, 2015. She was born January 5, 1932, in Tunnel, Washington County, Ohio to the late Earl Dean and Arleta A. Doolittle Perdew. Marian was a graduate of Marietta High School and was a waitress and bartender for many years at several different places, including, Murphy's Supper Club and the Tally Ho. She was a member of the Legion Auxiliary in Marietta. She is survived by three sons, Andy Arnold of Marietta, Chuck Arnold of Severn, Maryland, and Jim Arnold (Kim) of Marietta, five grandchildren, AJ, Christopher and Joshua Arnold, Amanda Edgar and Stephanie Bryan, and four great grandchildren, Reed, Towns, Asher and Lexie. She was preceded in death by her brother, Fred Perdew and sister, Charlotte Malone. Graveside services will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 1, 2015 at Tunnel Cemetery. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 9 to 10:30 a.m. at the Marietta Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home. Donations may be made to Cawley & Peoples, 408 Front Street, Marietta, Ohio 45750.
