Mary E. Spearman

Mary E. Spearman, 78, of Lowell, died Sunday, December 15, 2013, at her home. She was born July 22, 1935 in Parkersburg, WV to Vernon E. and Lucille W. Grady Baxter. Mary is survived by her husband, Wayne, whom she married on June 8, 1976, and cousins, Betty, Charlotte, Sharon, and Clarence . In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her two children, Shirma and Lester Goodwin. Funeral services will be held at the Marietta Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home, Wednesday, December 18, 2013, at 11:00 a.m., with the Rev. Linda Steelman officiating. Friends may call for one hour prior to the services. Burial will be in Valley Cemetery. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society.
