VINCENT - Naomi Lucille McGraw, 57, of Vincent, died at noon on Monday (Nov. 24, 2008) at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born Dec. 29, 1950, in Belpre to Dewey Allen and Edna India Taylor Richards. She was a 1969 graduate of Warren High School. She had worked at the Bureau of Public Debt for many years. Naomi had attended the Lighthouse Family Worship Center and the Barlow Church of God of Prophecy. She enjoyed collecting teddy bears and was a doting aunt and loving sister. Naomi is survived by her five siblings, Lenora Johnson (Harvey) of Edgemoor, S.C., Frank Richards (Jackie) of Vincent, Patty Cunningham (Larry) of Coolville, Carrie Settlage (James) of Vincent and Sherry McDonald of Edgewater, Fla.; four stepdaughters, Karen Parks, Linda Conrad, Penny Offenberger and Eva Snider; many nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews; as well as eight stepgrandchildren and many stepgreat-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Everett Vernon McGraw; and a baby brother, Dewey Dwayne Richards. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday (Nov. 26, 2008) at the Barlow Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home, with the Rev. George Gaston officiating. Burial will be in Decatur Presbyterian Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. today and for two hours prior to the services on Wednesday.
