Norma Mae Westbrook, 96, of Williamstown, WV, passed away peacefully Thursday, July 18, 2019 at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born on May 30, 1923 in Fresno, CA to Earl and Arvilla (Stollar) Eichmiller.
Norma married Rolla Westbrook on November 2, 1946. She worked at the telephone company as an operator in her younger years. Most recent employment was at Marietta College Bookstore and Dudley's Florist.
Norma's hobbies included sewing and quilting many beautiful handmade quilts in which over the years she gave many away to special people in her life.
She is survived by two children, Dan Westbrook of Williamstown and Rhonda Neese (Richard) of Rio Rancho, New Mexico; four grandchildren, Waylon (April) Westbrook, Will Westbrook, both of Williamstown, and Lindsay and Cole Neese of Albuquerque, New Mexico; four great grandchildren, Brenden, Bryant, Milam and Bailee Westbrook; sisters in law, Marie Cooper, Betty Westbrook and Velma Eichmiller.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Rolla; grandson, Tyler Westbrook; and brother, Earl Eichmiller, Jr.
Graveside services will be at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, July 22, 2019, at Riverview Cemetery, with The Rev. Elizabeth Campbell-Maleke officiating.
