Patricia Lou Ball, 74, of Walnut St., Lowell, died Saturday, October 24, 2009. She was born May 26, 1935 in Coal Run to Cecil and Glenna Hughes Hanna. Patty had spent her entire life in the Coal Run and Lowell areas. She was retired from Ewing School and WASCO, where she had driven bus for 22 years. She was a member of the Beverly TOPS OH1809. Patty is survived by Emmett Ball, her husband of 56 years; two sons, Dennis of St. Louis, MO and Leland of Marietta; daughter-in-law, Verna Ball of Lowell; three grandchildren, Thomas (Brandie), Hannah, and Curtis; and great grandsons, Tyler, Dylan, Tyson, and Markus; sister, Sharon Duskey and brother, Howard Hanna. She was preceded in death by parents and siblings, Dale, Glenn, Leslie, and Irene. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 27, 2009, at the Lowell Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home with Minister Rob Tuttle officiating. Her burial will be in Waterford Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday from 5 to 8 p.m.
