She performed additional volunteer work with the Marietta Welfare League, and served for over two decades as docent at The Castle Historic House Museum.

Patricia and Frederic thrived during a three year adventure in Saudi Arabia, and ultimately traveled to all seven continents.

She was preceded in death by her son Frederic Jarvis, husband Frederic Searle, and siblings Mary, James, Joseph, Margaret, and Cathe. She is survived by daughters Jessica, of Arlington, Texas; Gwendolyn (Michael) of Miami Lakes, Florida; and Tricia, of Wiesbaden, Germany; grandchildren Charles, Colin, and Emily; and sisters Meg, Susanne, and Stevie Antonia.
