Philip L. Hunt

Philip L. Hunt, 58, of Marietta, Ohio, died Friday, April 29, 2011 at Riverside Methodist Hospital in Columbus, OH. Born October 13, 1952 in Mansfield, he was the son of Charles P. and Alberta Jean (Gerhart) Hunt. He was a 1972 graduate of Mansfield Senior High School and attended North Central Technical College. Philip enjoyed hunting and sports of all kinds, especially the Cleveland Indians and Ohio State Buckeyes.
He is survived by his son, Brandon Hunt of Parkersburg, WV; his daughter, Alicia Hunt of Marietta, OH; his sister, Charlene (Larry) Potter of Mansfield. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be held at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to the Marietta Fire Department Local 442, 301 Putnam Street, Marietta, OH 45750.
