Rachel A. Deemilia, 85, of Williamstown, WV died Wednesday, January 25, 2012, at Marietta Memorial Hospital. She was born December 7, 1926 in The Bronx, NY to Dominic and Agatha Rella. She had been a day care worker and loved to knit and cook. Rachel is survived by her son, Frank Deemilia (Cindy Hilton),of Williamstown, daughter, Mary Deemilia Zenella (Bob), of Orlando, FL, three grandchildren, Rachael Deemilia, Justin and Ashley Leisie, a sister, Annie Demaria of Springhill, NY and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Peter Deemilia, four brothers and sisters. There will be a gathering to celebrate her life at the Marietta Chapel of Cawley & Peoples on Saturday, January 28, 2012, from 5 to 7 p.m. Donations may be made to the American Red Cross, 401 Fourth St., Marietta, OH 45750.
