Roberta O Parsons

Roberta O. Parsons, 92, of Fleming, Ohio, passed away on August 12, 2017 at Heartland of Marietta.
She was born on February 16, 1925, in East Liverpool, Ohio, daughter of Robert and Hilda Reno Lott, and raised in Palestine, WV, the oldest of 13 children.

She is survived by three daughters, Ruth Sheets (Wilbur), Debra Jackson (Dick), and Teresa Owens; eight grandchildren; and several great and great-great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Walter H. Parsons and great granddaughter, Zoey Owens.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, August, 15, 2017 at Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Belpre, Ohio. Visitation will be at the Barlow Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home on Tuesday from 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
