Ruby Cameron, 71, of Marietta, died Sunday, April 7, 2013, at Marietta Memorial Hospital after a short illness. She was born March 28, 1942 in Marietta to Frank and Genevieve Marshall Cameron. She had worked at the Washington County Courthouse as a custodian, retiring in 2005. She is survived by her cousin, Bessie Hager, two sisters, Florence Williams and Kay Cameron, a brother, Paul Cameron, and nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great great nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Wayne Cameron, and a great nephew, Jeffrey Lockhart, Jr. A private memorial service will be announced at a later date.
