Scott Allen Hoge

Scott Allen Hoge, 52, of Cutler, died Monday, July 4, 2011. He was born August 31, 1958 in Parkersburg, WV to Karen Pettit Hoge. He was a 1977 graduate of Waterford High School. Scott was the business manager, secretary, and treasurer for Laborers Local #639 and district council representative for the Laborers Union for the State of Ohio. He enjoyed restoring his GTO, loved camping, watching auto racing, and his dog, Dixie. Scott is survived by his mother of Cutler, his wife, Debbie Mason Hoge, two sons, Nathan Hoge (fianc Nikita and son, Aidan Lewis) of Belpre, Derek Hoge of Cutler, and many extended family members and friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ralph and Mary Pettit. Scott's funeral service will be at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, July 8, 2011, at the Barlow Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home. Friends may call on Friday from 1 to 3 and 5 to 7 p.m.
