Susan Kathryn Scott

May 23, 1943 — July 6, 2013

Susan Kathryn Scott, of Belpre, went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 06, 2013 at her residence.
She was born May 23, 1943, in Montgomery WV, to Edward Lawrence and Melba Lee Davis. Susan Scott was a graduate of St. Mary's Catholic High School in 1961, and graduated from Mountain State Business College in 1963.
She had worked as a Longaberger consultant for 20 years. She was a member of St. Ambrose Church. She loved knitting, collecting Longaberger Baskets, her grandchildren and her dogs Sadie and Codi.
She is survived by her loving husband of 49 years Philip L. Scott Sr. They were married June 13, 1964.
She was preceded in death by her father Edward Lawrence Davis, September 27, 1978 and her mother Melba Lee Davis, March 19, 1999.
She is survived by two daughters, Anna Marie Watson (Brian) of Knob Fork, WV and Suzanne Marie Philipps (Michael) of Greensboro, NC; a son, Philip L. Scott Jr. (Sharron) of Morristown, VT; seven grandchildren: Zachary, Jacob and Rachel Watson; Victoria and Austin Philipps; Sydney and Colin Scott, and one brother John E. Davis of Devola, OH.
Funeral mass will be at 10:00am on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at St. Ambrose Church (Belpre, OH), with Rev. Robert Gallagher officiating. The family will receive friends one hour before the mass at the church.
