Thelma Noll Binegar, 72, of Marietta, died Friday, August 14, 2009, at OSU, Columbus, from injuries received in a farm accident. She was born February 27, 1937 in Harriettsville to Clarence and Freda Cornett Noll. She was a graduate of Elk Local Schools. Thelma had been a bus driver for Ewing/WASCO, retiring in 2003. She had worked at various clubs as a bartender and had been the bar manager for the Shrine Club. She is survived by five sons, Ronald (Kim) Brooker of Williamstown, WV, Mark (Lori) Brooker of Waterford, James (Mary) Brooker of Waterford, Chris (Gina) Brooker of Social Circle, GA, and Damian Brooker of Marietta, four daughters, Marian (Greg) Mullins of Marietta, Charlene (Alan) Kern of Marietta, Theresa (Dan) Proctor of Fleming, and Rose (Stephen) Welch of Fleming; special friend, J.R. McCartney of Somerset, 27 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren; step daughter, Linda Smith, of Belpre, 2 step grandchildren; six sisters, Marie Schilling of Beverly, Sister Mary Louray, SND of Chardon, Ruth (Myron) Fox of Beverly, Betty (Herman) Nau of Caldwell, Helen (Ronnie) Knoch of Lowell and Dorothy (David) Schaad of Waterford, and two brothers, Louis Noll of Caldwell and Larry Noll of Summerfield. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Willilam A. Brooker and second husband, Charles G. Binegar, and by an infant sister. Funeral Liturgy, with Mass, will be held at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 19, 2009, with the Rev. Virgil Reischman as celebrant. Visitation will be at the Marietta Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home anytime Monday and Tuesday, where the family will be present from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Burial will be in the church cemetery. There will be a Vigil Service at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Donations may be made to a charity of choice.
