Thomas Andrew Barengo, 37, of Marietta passed away Thursday, August 1, 2019. He was born March 3, 1982 to Randall and Nancy Hart Barengo in Marietta, OH.

He was a graduate of Marietta High School in 2000. He went on to Kent State University graduating with honors with a finance degree. Thomas was a member of the First Baptist Church in Williamstown, WV. He enjoyed cooking, and lately had taken up gardening. Tom also enjoyed reading to his children every night.

Thomas is survived by his wife, Brandy Brooks Barengo, whom he married November 21, 2009; two children, Dominick Andrew and Bailey Marie Barengo; parents, Randall and Nancy Barengo; grandmother, Ilene Barengo; two sisters, Melinda Bichard (J. J.), LeAnne Barengo; niece and nephew, Emily and Connor Bichard, uncle, Jim Barengo (Susan), all of Marietta.

He is preceded in death by grandparents, Harry Barengo, Harold and Dorothy Hart and uncle, Michael Hart.
Funeral services will be 10:00 am Tuesday, August 6, 2019 at the Marietta Chapel of Cawely & Peoples Funeral Home, with The Rev. Joe Webb officiating. Burial will follow in Putnam Cemetery. Visitation will be on Monday, from 2-4 and 6-8pm.
