Warren Montgomery Ely

April 24, 1962 — February 5, 2018

Warren M. Ely II went to be with our Lord and savior, Jesus Christ
February 5, 2018. Warren was born to Warren M. and Edna P. Ely
on April 24, 1962 in Parkersburg, WV. Warren is survived his wife, Jeanetta S. Ely;
his mother, Edna P. Ely; two sisters, Glenna Barrow (Thomas), Barbie
McComas (Rich); three daughters, Deidre Sargent (Jason), Alayna Boutwell
(Eddie), Kelsey Short (Tony); two step sons, Troy Gayheart (Kristin) and Mike
Gayheart (Donna); two step daughters, Emila Jennings and Amanda Hall (Jason);
grandchildren: Landon, Carter, Kaden, Joel, Zale; step-grandchildren Christopher,
Wyatt, Ronnie(Brandi), Breonna, Haley, Kacey, Danica and step great grandson
Jayvon.

Warren was a member of The Gathering in Belpre, Ohio. He loved serving Jesus
Christ and his family and friends there.

Warren was employed at C & C Toyota in Marietta. He was very committed to his work.

Warren was also Fire Captain and fire fighter at Wesley Twp. V.F.D. He recently
became Chaplain also. His mission was taking care of and loving his family. He
served his family and friends wherever or whenever he was needed. He loved
sharing the Word of God with everyone he came in contact with. Sharing the plan
of salvation with the lost.

He also had two doggies, Scamp and Jazzy. They were his babies. They would sit
beside the window every evening at 6:00 pm waiting for their Daddy to come
home.

Warren will be greatly missed by his family and friends. A loving compassionate
man of God.

Services will be held on Saturday, Feb. 10, 2018 at 1:00 at the Barlow Chapel of Cawley & Peoples Funeral Home, with Pastor Dave Carney officiating. The family will greet friends and family from 11:00-1:00. Burial will be in Bartlett Cemetery.
